Ryan Bingen Graduates in UW-Platteville's 192nd Commencement

Ryan Bingen, a Animal Science major from Allenton, WI, graduated in the spring commencement ceremony held May 10, 2014 at University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Williams Fieldhouse.
