Matthew Hulse Graduates in UW-Platteville's 192nd Commencement

Matthew Hulse, a Elementary Education major from Lancaster, WI, graduated in the spring commencement ceremony held May 10, 2014 at University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Williams Fieldhouse.
